Human-centred Design Workshop

Human-centred Design Workshop
lead by Obie Campbell (Service Designer) and Kate Burn (Design Development Lead) from social enterprise Participle.




















According to this session, there are some important facts that we need to bear in mind:
1, who is your target audience? (This will help you have empathy of the focused group, and easy to do questionnaire survey and research)
2, Problem. what problem the transport impact these audience?
3, Obstacle. why these problem could not/haven't been solved? (What obstacles is there?) (Ex, Is people haven't aware the problem? Or they know it but hesitate to do it? )
4, Insight, further more research to define the specific problem.
4, Need. what is needed to solve the problem or improve the situation? (Some guidance? some nudge? Some handy map? Budget? etc.)
5, Theme. Then we have the Brief and research plan.
